Embarking on her conveyancing journey in 2010, Renee navigated the challenges of part-time bookkeeping, motherhood, and academic pursuit at Macquarie University. Her dedication paid off within two years, earning her the status of a Licensed Conveyancer.
Capitalising on her achievement, Renee established Flash Conveyancing in 2013. Her vision was clear and compelling – to provide invaluable guidance to people wrestling with the intricacies of buying, selling, and moving properties. Renee’s philosophy is straightforward but effective: guide clients through every step, ensure constant communication, and simplify the seemingly complex process. This approach has significantly mitigated stress for countless clients.
Under Renee’s leadership, Flash Conveyancing has successfully facilitated numerous property transactions. Her unwavering commitment to her clients manifests in her drive to offer personalised and supportive experiences – a testament to her dedication to her profession.
When away from her professional life, Renee treasures quality moments with her family and friends. She finds solace in the thrill of cruising down windy roads on her Triumph motorcycle, relishing the feel of the wind against her face and the roar of her engine. A true source of inspiration, Renee adeptly balances her roles as a full-time mum, protector of two boys, custodian of a “monster” fur baby, and Julian’s partner in crime and soulmate.
Julian Silva-Ortiz
Julian, a Licensed Conveyancer and a remarkable asset to the Flash Conveyancing team, having transitioned to the role following a successful career change. His impressive academic arsenal includes a Master’s in Business Administration from Kaplan, Sydney, and a conveyancer diploma from the acclaimed Macquarie University. Julian’s fascination with the conveyancing process has not only driven his career choices but also fostered his excellence in areas such as contract reviews for buyers, property acquisitions, contract preparation, and amendments.
Leveraging his vast knowledge of the selling process, Julian provides invaluable assistance to first-time homebuyers, offering insights into contract review and comprehensive legal guidance. His passion for assisting others is particularly evident in his dedication to helping clients navigate the intricacies of simultaneous property selling and buying. Julian prides himself on his ability to simplify the complex real estate process, demystifying it for clients by offering clear and concise explanations.
Away from his professional commitments, Julian is a fitness aficionado, devoted dog lover, casual gamer, and Renee’s partner for life. His spare time is also filled with home renovation projects and camping adventures, reflecting his love for both indoor creativity and outdoor exploration.
