Our Fees Explained
- Professional fee: $2,500.00 (GST included)
- PEXA settlement fee: approx. $140.38 per side (additional cost)
- Stamp duty valuation: approx. $330.00 – $880.00
Fee Validity & Upcoming Increase
Our pricing is valid until 31 May 2026. After this date, our flat professional fee will increase to $2,800.00 (GST included) in line with annual industry adjustments. We’re transparent about this so you can plan ahead.
